1. Introduction

Welcome to jaya2. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and jaya2, governing your access to and use of the jaya2 online casino and sports betting platform available at jaya2.asia. By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager on jaya2, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on jaya2. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending balances, and permanent ban. It is your sole responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and to maintain that information thereafter.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. jaya2 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. • Account verification (KYC) may be required at any time, including before processing a withdrawal request. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• jaya2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that provides false, misleading, or unverifiable information.
• Players must not share accounts, allow third parties to access their accounts, or use another person's account under any circumstances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jaya2 supports deposits and withdrawals through several popular Bangladeshi and international payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

jaya2 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to deposit funds on behalf of another player will result in immediate account suspension.

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 business days, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance review.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit (return-to-source policy).
• jaya2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide such documentation within 14 days may result in the request being cancelled.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once are not eligible for withdrawal and may be subject to an administrative fee before return.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jaya2 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements (rollover), minimum deposit amounts, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates. Players must read the individual promotion page before opting in.
• Bonuses are available for personal use only. Systematic bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or arbitrage strategies that exploit promotional offers will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash equivalents, or redeemed in any manner not explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion's terms.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

jaya2 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities in any game offered on jaya2.

• Fraudulent chargebacks, disputed transactions, or any attempt to reverse a legitimate deposit made to jaya2.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jaya2 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of jaya2 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the jaya2 platform without the express written permission of jaya2.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jaya2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the jaya2 platform.

jaya2 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to implement adequate safeguards on your own device when accessing jaya2.

Upon termination for cause, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances remaining after all deductions will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to successful KYC and compliance checks.
